HISTORY
The Queens has a long history of sponsorship and other financial support across the broader community of Gladstone and surrounds. We pride ourselves on giving back to the community and thoroughly enjoy having our beneficiaries attend and enhance their group during events, parties & functions held at The Queens.

For 2024 we are embarking on a new and expanded program to better support the community. Our plan is to ensure funding goes to the most beneficial programs with our shared focus to support each other well into the future.
2024 BENEFICIARY PROGRAM
In 2024, The Queens Hotel Gladstone will run a series of events, inviting our community along to raise money for our beneficiaries.
These events are set to be annualised and ingrained in our community. This is our way to give back while partaking in what The Queens does best, being great food, cold drinks and awesome entertainment.

Throughout the years, The Queens has supported many local sporting teams, charities, organisations, and individuals on their journey to make Gladstone a better place for all. Our new beneficiary program will enable us to do this even better and ensure we build great relationships with those that need our support.
As a fixture of this program of giving back, our selected beneficiaries will enjoy a partnership that spans a full 12 months, fostering a stronger connection between them and The Queens.
We expect each beneficiary to actively contribute to The Queens by assisting us to plan significant events that support them and help us share our business via their networks. This will include but is not be limited to tasks such as choosing a theme, creating invite lists, promoting the event on social media platforms and securing auction items.

Furthermore, we have outlined the expectations from the chosen beneficiary following the event. These include making social media posts about the partnership with The Queens, introducing our event partnership to your community and network, explaining the project or program and how the funds will be utilised. We expect the promotion of The Queens, through sending newsletters or EDM communications to their database about our beneficiary events. Included in such communications we expect you to showcase the project or programs progress and impact for the recipient(s).
Additionally we will required distributing media releases to key Gladstone news and media outlets and having key personnel/beneficiaries attend The Queens events to share the impact of how the beneficiary funds will be and are being used.

We appreciate your continued dedication to making a difference in our community.

Thank you once again for your invaluable support.
